What are you hoping to see in Winds of Change?
Hadn't seen a WoC thread in awhile, and none on here.
What would you like to see added/implemented in Winds of Change?
I'd like fully moddable (including inscriptions) versions of all Factions weapon skins made available.
Especially Golden Phoenix Blade, Gothic stuff, Echovald Shield, etc etc.
A third Mesmer and Ritualist hero.
Minis including Togo, Kisu, Emi/Chiyo, Nika, the Envoys, more Shiro'Ken, Urgoz, etc.
Potentially massive Imperial faction rewards to be converted however you want.
What about y'all?

Humm.. please no.
I'd like to see some real Asian-inspired weapons and/or armors. All uninscripable of course <3
But more importantly, some challenging and repetitive content. Without all the annoying dialogues which kill you after doing it on your 3rd character.

Personally for content I'd like to see a mini, straighforward (no dicking around with keys, just a linear kill everything in your path style)dungeon with some DECENT drops at the end, designed for 6 people.
Obviously I'd also like some new, decent weapon skins that aren't too full of epeen and some common armour pieces (full sets for each prof would require too much effort).

I'd like to see some stuff to do while waiting for GW2.

Meh. New skins would be good. I have a Gothic Sword with an inscription slot - probably from the Zaishen chest - so some of those things are already available.

With Mercenary heroes, we don't really need any more, unless you are really poor or cheap.

More meh.
I'm more interested in things to do, than in accumulating more junk.

New armours yes
New Weapons yes
Minis don't really care one way or the other
I would like to see an interesting storyline that fits the Asian theme of factions and is a logical follow on from the main storyline.
If we assume the Luxons and Kurzics find a way to forget their differences then any new weapons and armours should reflect this, as the artisans get together and swap ideas.
But mainly I want Winds of change to be both interesting and challenging to play and I would like something as good as the defence of Lions Arch to finish it off because that mission ending was superb.
If its repeatable then even better.

Additional ways to get Kurzick and Luxon faction. Not necessarily faster ways. Just something new so we're not stuck doing the same things over and over again.
New skins. Weapons converted to the inscription system along with NPC traders for those mods.
I'd like to see what happened with the Tengu in Kaineng City, and to see who replaced Togo as head of the Monastery. Someone in the game also mentions that the reason Kaineng City is in as poor condition as it is is due to the plague. Considering how many years have passed, it'd be nice to see some repairs to the place.
I'd also like to see something done with Xandra. And since we already have a Luxon hero, I'd like a Kurzick one, too.
It would be nice if we got it along with another Canthan festival, like maybe the Harvest Ceremony. (I mean, come on, it's mentioned in the game, yet we never participate in it.) Or at least a massive improvement to the one coming up next since Cantha gets shafted as far as festivals are concerned. Both of their festivals combined aren't even as long as a Wintersday redux, and they get far fewer updates than the other festivals.
And it'd be nice if some of those previously mentioned, but not really relevant to WoC, updates also happened, like the melee AI update and party banter.

Something like sorrow's furnace except it has drops that are valuable so there is incentive to do it. Maybe more like slavers. 4 bosses and then a boss after you beat the first 4. I want something new to do, but I'm only going to do it once if you can't make money there since I need money.

NO WAY do I want to see inscribable Canthan skins... that would literally screw every old-school collector over..
Maybe some new Envoy weapons and whatever, but adding inscriptions to canthan skins.. i'd be mad ;o

I just want epic things to happen. Like the Jade Wind being reversed, the Luxon people's homes sinking and Kurzick forests being flooded as a result, maybe some sort of ancient evil that was frozen in the sea attacks (not Kanaxai). Something epic and game changing that pulls the Luxon and Kurzick together and changes everything. Sure, they should have pre and post WoC areas for new players that you can jump between after unlocking post. I'm tired of the same old stuff, give me some chaos.

Another mesmer/rit hero.
More balanced mobs with strong skill bars like we saw in WiK. None of the shitty 140 armor enemies that do nothing but make ele's take a time out while the heroes kill the mob.
Reasonable level difficulty, especially in hard mode.
Don't give a crap about faction/title/item rewards. Nothing but meaningless bread and circuses for the OCD farmers.

In terms of rewards, some soberly elegant wand and foci skins, available for all attributes (please, no more primary attributes only casters gear), inscribable, dyable and possibly not clipping through armours / body parts. Spears could use some extra option too in terms of sober elegance.
If there's no chance for new skins, the Scepter of the Keeper one (Platinum Scepter, not Wand) could be used maybe? I think it can only be acquired through Tolkano for PvP chars, so it shouldn't ruff any feathers (unless PvPers care, of course).
For foci, always in the case of no chance of new skins, maybe a simple glow around the left hand, with dye changing the colour, black for invisible?
Overall though I'm mainly looking forward to some more time to spend in Cantha, probably the most evocative of the Guild Wars environments, some lore, nice dialogues, enjoyable encounters, interesting gameplay etc.
Bring it on already!

There are already inscribable canthan skins, including the GPB. Echovald shields would be nice to have though.
I would also like either a Mesmer or Ritualist hero, but I'm not expecting such a gift.
Miniatures... are getting out of hand. I'll never keep up with having 1 of each at the rate they're being added coupled with my own laziness of buying ded minis. :| HOWEVER, I'd kill for a Twisted Bark or Uprooted Malice or w/e. Fudge you mini IG... I'd happily take your little cousin.
Mostly, I'd just like the content to be finished and available. I know it'll be as quick as WiK, but it's at least something to do!

I would like to see some repeatable content with good rewards, such as when Sorrow's Furnace first came out.
Perhaps a quest thats challenging, but easy to pug with an end reward thats worthy of doing. However, its also gotta be balanced so that the reward doesn't become useless like SF's greens. Perhaps a healthy amount of imperial faction. Just make sure it can't be SC'ed and takes under 1 hour to complete.

Agreed!
No more heroes and minis, I've had enough of those and basically we got enough heroes as it is same goes with minis.
Content is always good, but not repeatable basically people will farm it to death.
